Supplements are substances extracted from various vegetable or mineral products. The role of nutritional supplements is to bring in food substances that are missing or suboptimal concentrations in the body. Dietary supplements are extremely effective when seeking a higher concentration of nutrients for different purposes: burn fat, antioxidants, etc..
